- Description:
According to the literature records, Princess Xianggalaji has many works of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty. A crane is painted in the middle of the opening, with two thin gold calligraphic poems written by Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty at the front and back, one with “feet up” and the other with “hair trimming”. The crane picks its head and pecks its feathers, which conforms to the text of “grooming”. There are “Imperial Book” and “Xuanhe” continuous bead prints on the canvas, and it is said that Jia Shidao’s “Joyful Life” gourd shaped print is intended to connect the anecdote of Huizong’s painting of six cranes. The thin gold calligraphy style is slightly weak, which is supposed to be copied by later generations, but it can still be used to imagine the legendary painting of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty.
