Zhao Yun (1205-1264), Emperor Lizong, was the tenth grandson of the Emperor Taizu, who reigned for 40 years (1225-1264). During this period, he highly praised the Neo Confucianism of Cheng and Zhu, and was the most important monarch in the Southern Song Dynasty who pushed the Neo Confucianism into official learning. After his death, the temple name was also named Lizong, which is worthy of the name.
