Felt cape; man’s, related to overcape As.1998.1.238. Base cloth of felted white wool. Constructed in shield-type shape with straight top, curved sides and bottom. Decorated with five short lengths of coloured twisted thread, felted in, in groups. Local wool in black and natural colours, and a dyed pink and yellow.
