Liang Kai (active in the first half of the 13th century), a native of Dongping, Shandong, lives in Qiantang (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang). During the reign of Jiatai (1201-1204), he served as the painting academy to receive the imperial edict, and gave a gold belt. He refused to accept it and left with it.
