The plate is decorated with purple ground pastel flowers and birds, with meticulous brushwork. The outer wall is decorated with white ground pastel flower patterns with tangled branches, and the feet are painted with pastel sea water river cliff patterns near the bottom. The inner wall is decorated with a three character font of “Da Ya Zhai” in alum red color and a seal style font of “Tian Di Yi Jia Chun”
