This is the imperial bead used by Emperor Xianfeng, consisting of 108 eastern beads, with four red coral Buddha heads between them. There are two kyanite beads on both sides of the Buddha head; A red coral Buddha Head Pagoda is attached to the top Buddha Head. Under the Pagoda, there are bright yellow ribbons with oval gold threads inlaid with rubies and pearl clouds. There are coral bat shaped knots on the top and bottom, with gold threads hanging on the jade pendant. There are three strings of pine stones in memory, with a pendant of gold and silk dotted with emerald, sapphire, and tourmaline. The entire plate of Chaozhu was placed in a black lacquer drawer, with a yellow stripe attached. The ink on it read: “Emperor Wen Zong Xian Emperor”, covered with a yellow single bundle
The Eastern Pearl is produced in the northeast, the birthplace of the Manchu people. According to its size, roundness, and color, it can be divided into five grades. The Eastern Pearl of this plate of Chaozhu has a diameter of more than 1 cm, and its size is uniform, which should be considered as a first grade. The Dongzhu Chaozhu is the most precious of all the Chaozhu, and can only be worn by emperors, empresses, and empresses.
