The bowl is attached to an umbrella shaped cover with a ring shaped grip button on top. The interior is painted with white glaze, and the outer wall and cover are decorated with coral red, white orchid and plum blossom patterns. The inside of the circle foot and the grip button are all painted with white glaze, and both are stamped with the four character double line inscription “Made by Shendetang” in alum red color regular script
