Copper gilded flying man clock

Copper plated flying man clock, France, 19th century, with a total height of 54 centimeters and a bottom diameter of 24 centimeters
The bell is of the round pavilion style, with glass installed around the pavilion. The base, upper part, and glass frame are all inlaid with chiseled fetal plain tricolor enamel pieces. At the top of the pavilion, a goddess with wings and a human face on the animal body squats. The clock has three needles and mercury balances the pendulum
The clock dial has the words “L.VRARD&Co. TIENTSIN. MADE IN FRANCE” on its face. VRARD Company is a famous Swiss trading company operating clocks and watches in China in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It has established branches in Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin. This clock is a product distributed by the company’s Tianjin branch
