The bell is of the round pavilion style, with glass installed around the pavilion. The base, upper part, and glass frame are all inlaid with chiseled fetal plain tricolor enamel pieces. At the top of the pavilion, a goddess with wings and a human face on the animal body squats. The clock has three needles and mercury balances the pendulum
