The paintings are woven using techniques such as Qi Kuo, Gou Kuo, Kuo Jin, and Long and Short Bi, supplemented by painting techniques such as applying gold and color to express the grandeur and splendor of Amitabha’s Western Pure Land. The center of the picture is Amitabha, the leader of the Western Blissful World, flanked by the left and right flanks of the Great Power and Avalokitesvara. Above the head, the Master, the Self, the Maiden, the Dharma Protector, the Bodhisattva, and the Hollow Mother gather, and in the sky, the Jiyue Heavenly People dress and dance. In the front of the treasure pool, there are magnificent flowers and trees, and a full collection of auspicious birds. The lecture halls and refined houses where the Buddhas built the seven treasures live are resplendent and magnificent, with lamas, auspicious heavenly mothers, six armed Big Black Sky, and Yan Demons scattered among them. The painting features a large number of characters, a warm scene, harmonious color matching, clear composition, and appropriate details, without the feeling of Yongsai, demonstrating the skilled and exquisite craftsmanship of the tapestry craftsman
On the back, there are four types of ink script written in white silk, namely, Han, Manchu, Mongolian, and Tibetan characters, among which the Chinese characters are: “The Blissful World of Amitabha Buddha with the benefit of tapestry, known by the fan as Ebakhmet Jishenggot, known in the Qing Dynasty as Mohun Akhmet Erdeng Efqi Isei Puzheni Erhaba, and known in Mongolia as Chakrashwugyi Gekhurtu Buhannuxun Gardi Erlun.”
