The bottle is painted with two babies playing under green pines, either setting off firecrackers, or playing gongs and drums, or blowing horns, or riding a wooden horse, or raising flags, or carrying lanterns. The scene is very lively. Next to it is lined with plum blossom mountains and stones, highlighting the theme of “making the New Year come”.
