The throne frame is made of red sandalwood and is decorated with enamel inlaid throughout. The seven-screen seat is surrounded by a set frame inlaid with a filigree enamel plate core, and decorated with a landscape map. The hard board seat surface is inlaid with blue ground twist pattern enamel strips along its four edges. Under the waist, there are carved lotus petal patterns to support the cheeks, straight teeth, and a hollow hall belly hanging in the middle, with mud under the feet. The four sided tooth strips and legs are fully decorated with blue ground crutch patterns and bat pattern filigree enamel pieces. This throne is a typical representative work that combines enamel technology with traditional furniture
