The blade is made of steel, straight, short, and sharp in front. The near handle is plated with gold, and the center is vertically plated with silver characters. On one side, it is “Shenfeng”, and on the other side, it is “Qianlong system”, both in official script. Ruyi disc shaped hand guard with gemstones and pearls set along the edge. The handle is inlaid with wood, covered with white shark skin, and vertically decorated with three layers of pearls and gemstones. The bottom of the handle is in an octagonal three-dimensional column shape, surrounded by pearls and gemstones. The handle is perforated with a yellow silk ribbon. The sword scabbard is made of wood, and is wrapped with a copper plated woven mesh edge cover. The sides of the cover are decorated with gold plated branch binding patterns.
