This dress is made of silk. Round neck, shawl, shoulder edge, large Jin right lapel, horseshoe sleeve, train back open, piece of gold edge, decorated with copper gilded gold chiseled flower buckle 3, copper gilded gold light plain buckle 24, yellow satin plate flower buckle 3. The sleeve ends are coated with mink skin inside, and the remaining edges are inlaid with silver mouse skin for a sharp appearance. This imperial robe is the imperial dress of Empress Xiaoxian Chun of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. It is a set of stone blue satin embroidered gold dragon cotton imperial gown, worn by the Empress during major ceremonies. The golden dragon and golden phoenix on the shoulder edge and cape are inlaid with precious gems and jadeite, lapis lazuli, coral, malachite and turquoise. This robe fully demonstrates the characteristics and craftsmanship of the imperial robes of the Qing Dynasty. This robe has a history of more than 250 years and is the only one of the imperial robes of the Empress inlaid with gold plates, beads, and stones that currently exist in the Palace Museum.
