Red sandalwood inlaid with jade and ruby is small Ruyi, with a length of 28 centimeters
Ruyi’s head is inlaid with a carved and antique jade wall with a ruby embedded in the center. The handle is thin and round, divided into two parts, each with a convex tenon, and connected by a piece of jade carved round tube, which is a vivid portrayal of the “Chinese jade sandalwood connected to the handle length” in the poem made by Emperor Qianlong. The tail is also inlaid with jade pieces, decorated with cloud patterns.
