The pen holder is round, the mouth and bottom are the same, and the pen is wide and full. Yellow sand mud. The edge of the mouth is painted with black paint, and the edge is painted with gold color, and the bottom is painted with black paint. Attached is a gold and red paint seat, with three legs in the shape of cloud head. The outer wall is painted with gold piles. The jujube tree with luxuriant branches and leaves has thick branches and numerous fruits, and the jujube is bright red and ripe. An old man with a long pole is coaxing his grandson to play with dates. The old man wears dark clothes, which are in sharp contrast with the children’s pink clothes. The child’s expression was naughty and lovely, and the old man was deeply infected. The distant view is of slopes and trees, giving the picture a sense of vastness
The painted gold decoration on the purple sand tire was the best in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. The rim of the pen holder is decorated with black paint and gold, and the bottom is covered with black paint. As Wu Meiding’s Fu on Yang Xian’s Tea Pot praises, “Maybe the green is firm in the bone, and the paint will make light.”
