Plate skimming, arc wall, circle foot. A peach tree is painted on the inner bottom and stretches along the wall to the outer wall. There are 9 peach seeds on the top, 6 in the plate and 3 out of the plate. Several red bats are flying around the branches. The peach blossoms are in full bloom, and the fruits are numerous. The red peach fruits, pink peach blossoms, and tender green branches and leaves make the picture happy and auspicious. Apply white glaze inside the circle foot. The outsole is printed with blue and white regular script “made in Yongzheng year of the Qing Dynasty” in double lines and six characters, and the outer blue and white double lines
This plate is large and dignified in shape, and the motif of the decoration means “prosperity” and “prosperity and longevity”. This kind of picture extending from the inside to the outside of the instrument is commonly known as “flower crossing the branch”. In the late Qing Dynasty, an old man in Jiyuan wrote “Tao Ya”, which said: “After the Gengzi, there were many multicolored dishes and bowls with eight peaches on the branches, and the price was also very high. Those who crossed the branches and clouds have reached the other side since then. The branches are connected, and the flowers and leaves belong to each other, all of which are Yongzheng official kilns.” This painting method originated from the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty, and has been influencing the Daoguang period. There are also “dragon across the wall”, “phoenix across the wall” and so on. This kind of painting is rare after the late Qing Dynasty.
