The Buddha of Visha is the third of the seven Buddhas in the past. Its name means all victory, all freedom and broad life. It is recorded in the scriptures that it is the last one among the thousands of solemn robbing Buddhas in the past. According to the “Big Book” and other records in the volume I of the “Long Ahan”, this Buddha lived 60, 000 years in the past 31 calamities
In the painting, Bishe Buddha holds a bowl with his left hand, and presses the knot under the palm of his right hand to help all living beings. The Buddha of Pisha Buddha forms a path under the sahara tree. The two gods are named Fuyou and Yutama, and serve the Buddha on both sides. The deacon disciple’s name is Silent, that is, the monk holding the Sutra in Xian Zu at the lower right. Those who sit opposite to Silence, according to the textual research of Guru Zhang Jia, are the “wonderful meaning” of the Buddha, which is slightly different from those recorded in the scriptures. In the lower left corner of the picture is the Buddha’s father, whose name is Shandeng, Chadi Li caste, and in the lower right corner is the Buddha’s mother, whose name is Jie. The upper part of the painting is written in the four-body script of Pisha Buddha in the Han, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan languages. The Chinese language is: “If you take the four major characters as your body, your mind is not born because of the situation. If you don’t have the previous situation, your sin and happiness will rise and disappear.” The picture includes two frames. The outer frame is painted with two dragons playing with beads on the top and the bottom, and the two sides are painted with the diagram of ascending dragons chasing treasures. The four corners of the column are in the Han, Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan four-body script, which belongs to the “Emperor Qianlong Dingyou”. The inner frame is painted with seven treasures on the top and the bottom, and the left and right are painted
There is a white silk label on the back of the Thangka, which is written in the four-body script of the Han, Manchu and Mongol Tibetan languages on the ink, and records the matter of stone carving. The Chinese text is: “On the first day of May of the forty-second year of Qianlong’s reign, the emperor ordered to take the seven axes of the Fanxiang Buddha, which were presented by the Panchen Erdeni, to determine the order and the family members of the seven Buddhas, and translated the Buddhist verses into the four-body script. The upper part of the script is carved on the stone and copied on the pad, which is widely circulated, and will always win.”, It is one of the biographical rubbings of the carved stone sculptures on the seven pagodas in the North Sea.
