[Bronze Plated Hill Pedestrian Clock]
Bronze Plated Hill Pedestrian Clock, England, 18th century, 56 cm high, 27 cm square at the bottom
There are warriors with weapons standing at the four corners of the copper-plated rock seat. There is a clock box on the seat. The four corners and the top of the box are decorated with pterosaurs. The front of the case is inlaid with a two-needle watch, which can be checked when leaving. Music mechanism is built in the box. On the bell box stood a commander with a sword on his back, a shield in his hand, and turning left and right. Behind him was a palm tree with a canopy on its top, a stone flower on the edge of the canopy, and a pterosaur on its top
The mechanical structure of this clock is basically the same as that of ordinary ancient clocks. The left hole of the dial is the upper chord hole of the clock, the right hole is the upper chord hole of the clock, and the music and action switches are behind. Made in Halert Maranet, London.
