The fourth Panchen Lama, Rasangchaijijian Zan (1567-1662), became a monk at the age of 13. After serving as the Chiba of Tashilumbu Monastery, the Murangmu Congress was founded in the temple in the 31st year of the Wanli Period of the Ming Dynasty (1603). In the 35th year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1607), Abazacang, who specializes in Tantric Buddhism, was founded, thus forming the complete system of learning sutras of Tashilumbu Monastery, from manifest to secret, and from manifest to secret. Through his efforts, Zangba Khan lifted the ban on the reincarnation of the fourth Dalai Lama’s spiritual child. In 1645, the second year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1645), Mongolian Gushi Khan presented the honorific title of “Panchen Bokdo” to Lausanchaijijian, which is the beginning of the name of Panchen. He supported the fifth Dalai Lama to go to Beijing and Qing Dynasty. He was the leader of the Gelug faction in the early Qing Dynasty and played a major role in the revitalization of the Gelug faction
