Open cup, arc belly and circle foot. The interior of the vessel is painted with transparent glaze, and the exterior wall is decorated with carmine enamel. The carmine ground is painted with a three-petal-shaped light, and the turquoise green is used as the ground in the light. A picture of peony, chrysanthemum and orchid is painted respectively. Decorative patterns of flowers with folded branches are painted in the white space outside the opening light. The colors are mainly red, green, blue, purple and yellow, and are colorful. On the outsole, there are four characters of rouge color in regular script, “made by Emperor Kangxi”, and two lines of rouge color on the outside

Enamel porcelain was first created in the late Kangxi period. According to the records of the archives of the Qing Palace Building Office, its production process is as follows: the unglazed porcelain inside and outside the white glaze fired by the Jingdezhen Imperial Ware Factory is sent to the palace (some of them use the Yongle white porcelain of the Ming Dynasty collected in the palace), and then the enamel painter of the Qing Palace Building Office follows the imperial edict, and uses the imported enamel material to paint the decorative patterns on the outside of the bowl, and then bakes them in the kiln. After Yongzheng, Jingdezhen’s newly created fine white porcelain was used as the body, and the patterns were painted with enamel. During the Kangxi period, the enamel color porcelain mainly imitated the copper body painting enamel porcelain, and most of the handed down products were colored ground painting enamel porcelain, all of which were signed with the four characters of “Emperor Kangxi”.
