This picture is made by Tang Xuan (Yin Guang) and Yun Shouping for wishing Wang Hui’s 40th birthday. Tang Yu painted lotus flowers and Yun Shouping painted flowers. Both the lotus and the anemone adopt the boneless method, revealing the feeling of lightness, elegance and wetness. In the breeze, it seems as if the fragrance of lotus leaves and flowers is faint. The algae in the pond are painted with a brush. It has both shape and spirit, and its style is fresh and elegant
The inscription on this page reads: “Brother Shigu wrote this gift in the early February of 1911, Piling Tang Ju”. The seal is “Tang Yuguang” and “Zi Jin”. Yun Shouping wrote two questions. There are also poems and titles by Wang Shimin, Wang Jian and Da Chongguang. “1911” is the tenth year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1671)
The collection is printed with three parties such as “the most refined product of virtual study”.
