The dragon robe has a round neck, a large lapel and a right lapel, a horseshoe sleeve, a crimped sleeve on the sleeve body, and a train that opens back and forth. The sleeve edge and collar edge are trimmed with stone blue makeup satin
The Dragon Robe is made of fragrant yellow satin with dragon patterns woven in the square framework of dark four Ruyi clouds, and uses the “makeup flower” technique to weave four groups of gold dragons on the front with round gold threads, with colorful auspicious clouds and sea water river cliffs between them. The golden dragon is woven with round gold thread, each two in a group, highlighting the three-dimensional sense of the dragon pattern. Although the auspicious cloud and the sea water river cliff patterns are only blue and green, they are not monotonous because of the use of the halo technique
This dragon robe is made by Emperor Shunzhi of the Qing Dynasty with exquisite weaving, ingenious pattern design and exquisite color.
