The pen holder is round, and the scene of appreciating the moon in Songxi is represented by the relief technique. By the river, under the shade of pine trees, two people stood side by side to watch the moon, and a little boy was waiting with a book. The official script inscribed in the lower corner of the stone on the back: “Renyin May Couple Mei Jushi Play” and “Fengxilu Carved Gift”
The relief on the wall of the pen holder is skillful, and combined with the intaglio method, it clearly presents multiple levels of staggered height.
