The top of the tent is inlaid with stone wheel shaped flowers. In front of the tent is a copper gilded square seat box with built-in mechanical devices. The front and rear sides of the seat box are inlaid with white enamel clock plates and flower shaped pointers. There is an oval set box on the left and right sides of the clock dial. After the winding is started under the set box on the right, the curtain in the set box rises, and the flying dragons are flying in the air. There is a palm tree on the platform above the seat box. Under the tree, a knight holds a silver steed, and the horse wears a multicolored stone bridle. The shape and manner of people and horses are vivid and vivid, as if on the way
This clock is exquisite and bulky, and is one of the finest British clocks in the Forbidden City. The author’s famous “STEPHEN RIMBAULT LONDON” is written on the front clock dial
