[Zhu Min’s official script Yuyang Shanren’s poetry volume]
Yuyang Shanren’s poetry volume, Qing Dynasty, Zhu Min’s book, paper, official script, 12cm, 21cm vertically and 11.8cm horizontally
At the request of his friend, Mr. Lan Zhai, Zhu Min recorded several poems by Wang Shizhen, a Yuyang Mountain man. He knew that: “On the day before the winter solstice of Kangxi Renyin, Mr. Lan Zhai belonged to the book of Yuyang Mountain man’s poems in the Red Jade Library, that is, he asked to comment on the paintings and guide Zhu Min.” The next seal was “Zhu Min” and “Zhu Lunzhong”
The calligraphy in this volume is derived from the Stele of Cao Quan in the Han Dynasty, and is also influenced by the famous calligrapher Zheng Fu of the same era. The knot characters are beautiful and free, and the strokes such as zhe and zhe are quite charming, but slightly convergent and have their own characteristics.
