Wa buttons are tied with ropes. The printing body is medium thick. The printing surface has four characters in white: “Buqu Duyin”. It is boundless and belongs to the seal of the Wei and Jin Dynasties. The overall seal character is short, the strokes are light and thin, and the shapes are messy and twisted. The “tribal governor” was the general who commanded the military of the tribe. His power should be above the “tribal general” or equal to the “great general” of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
