It is made of rhinoceros horn and is cylindrical. The outer wall is decorated with gold and silver wire inlaid with double lines and mountain patterns on the upper and lower sides. The double lines are inlaid with deformed Kui dragon patterns. The Kui patterns are also decorated with gold and silver wire inlaid with four characters of “Qianlong Year System”
