The disc is round, with oblique straight wall, chrysanthemum type mouth edge, flat bottom and round foot. The inner bottom is decorated with two pieces of red and yellow enamel dragon patterns, which are in the shape of two dragons playing with pearls, and dotted with Italian cloud head patterns. The inner wall is decorated with eight auspicious patterns. In the center of the outsole, a long box is formed with a filigree Ruyi cloud head pattern. The box is inlaid with a gilded copper plate and engraved with the six characters “made by Jingtai in the Ming Dynasty”
The style of this device is made with Ruyi cloud head pattern along the copper gilded frame, which is very standard. It is the main style in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, and the “Jingtai year of the Ming Dynasty” style is added later
