Luo Xiaohua’s half-peach stone ink

[Luo Xiaohua’s half-peach stone ink]

Luo Xiaohua’s half-peach stone ink, Ming Jiajing, is 4.7 cm high, 3.1 cm wide, 1.1 cm thick, and 11.5 g
The ink is in the shape of half-split peach stone. Along the inner edge of the split peach stone, there is a Yangwen official script “Ding You Diary of the Jiashen Month in the Year of the Geng Zi” on one side, and a Yangwen seal script “The Western Queen Mother Gives the Hanwu Peach Xuanhe Hall” on the other side, with a running script “Xiaohua” on the core. It can be seen that this is left by Luo Xiaohua, a calligrapher during the Jiajing Period of the Ming Dynasty.
