The outer wall has six circular openers, with three dragons and three phoenixes carved in color paint. The openers are carved with square brocade patterns, with silver ingots, round coins, coral, Ruyi, Fangsheng and other miscellaneous treasure patterns on the top. The near foot is a circle of lotus petal patterns, and the outer wall of the circle foot is carved with red paint echo patterns. The inside of the bowl and the inside of the foot are painted with black paint, and the bottom center is vertically engraved with six characters of gold regular script “made in Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty”
