After Li Zicheng established his regime in Xiangyang, he named his country “Dashun” in Xi’an in the 16th year of Chongzhen (1643). After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, various systems were gradually completed, and his official system followed the official system of the Ming Dynasty. In order to avoid the taboo of his father’s name “Yinjia”, Li Zicheng’s regime seal letter is not called “seal”, but “Qi”, “Fu”, “Volume”, “Chapter”, etc. This seal is the local official seal issued by Li Zicheng in the year when he built the “Dashun” national name, and it is the earliest official seal of the “Dashun” regime seen at present.
