There is a self-title on the fan page: “The frost skin is 40 meters away from the rain, and the dark color is two thousand feet above the sky. It was written in the autumn of 1898. It is the script of a hundred old people. Jiang Tinghan.” The seal is “Jiang Tinghan” in white, and “Qi Ji” in Zhu
“Wuxu” is the 26th year of the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1598)
The author uses trees to describe people, and praises friends, like ancient cypresses that have gone through years of hardship, with tenacious vitality. This picture is ingenious. The branches fall down naturally with the upper arc of the fan. The weeds on the ground stretch up intensively along the lower arc of the fan. The trees and grass naturally form the echo of the upper and lower space, while the leaves with dots and the weeds with lines drawn in thick and light ink form the echo of dots and lines in the style of pen and ink. The whole picture achieves the beauty of harmony without emptiness in simplicity
