Chen Naoyun Snow Vast Axis

[Chen Naoyun Snow Vast Axis]

The gold paper of Chen Naoyun Snow Vast Axis, with light colors, is 132 cm vertically and 51 cm horizontally
It is the sentence in the poem of Tang Taizong (a work written by Song Wenzhi), “The Book of Confectional Secretaries Comes to Ji”, written by the author on the upper left of the axis, that “the clothes of Yunfeng are covered with thousands of leaves, and the flowers of Xuexiu are covered with several trees”. The man in red clothes in the painting looks up at the red fruit in the snow across the bank with his staff. It can be said that “the white snow is more pity for the red tea”. The meaning outside the painting is no different from the deep feeling of farewell in the original poem. Not only that, but also the painting of deep mountains with clouds and snow, strange rocks in secluded streams, and the painting of sergeants crossing dangerous bridges with snow, which shows the joy of their leisure, and also the author’s behavior of staying in the monk’s house of Tiger Hill late in life, which is not enough to enter the market. Also, it is a good work for the “Wu Men” posterity, with sharp strokes and cool ink, and elegant demeanor. It also uses large gold paper to paint the snow scene, which is really unusual, just as “the snow mountain sweeps the powder wall, and the ink is full of new words”, and the snow returns in the New Year

This picture is marked with “Chen Naked”, and the “Taoist priest in the white room” and “Chen Naked” are stamped with two seals. The lower right seal is “Yuan Pei’s Seal”
