  • Description:
Chunhua Pavilion Calligraphy was carved in the third year of Chunhua (992) of Emperor Taizong of the Song Dynasty. Wang Zhao was in charge of it. It was one of the official calligraphies of the Song Dynasty. The whole post has ten volumes in total. The first five volumes are the writings of the former emperors, famous officials and famous sages, and the last five volumes are the writings of the two kings. At that time, there were three sources of the mother copy: the first was the legal script of the previous dynasties collected by the imperial palace of the Song Dynasty, including the proceeds raised by Emperor Taizong of the Song Dynasty; Second, it was borrowed from the scholar bureaucrats; The third is based on the old post of the Southern Tang Dynasty. Because the original edition was destroyed by fire in the Song Dynasty, later generations turned it around according to the original extension, so that thousands of incarnations were created. This exhibition shows the calligraphy of Wang Xizhi in Volume VI.
