At the end of the volume, there are 13 inscriptions and postscripts, including Cai Yan, Yang Shi, Zhang Zhengmin, Jiang Can, Anonymous, Xiang Shui, Zhang Yu and Zhang Shu of the Yuan Dynasty, Chen Pu of the Ming Dynasty, Kuang Shan Suen, Hu Zizhong, Wang Wenzhi of the Qing Dynasty, and Zhu Wenjun of modern times. Under the title of the third poem in this painting, there is a small character comment “This one is very ancient”. According to Yang Shi’s postscript, it was written by Ouyang Xiu. In the second year of Huangyou in the Northern Song Dynasty (1050), Cai Xiang dismissed the Fujian transfer envoy, called for Bianjing to repair the living quarters, and then traveled northward from Fuzhou for more than half a year. Those who see, hear and feel along the way are all poems. This volume contains 11 five-character and seven-character poems. The writing time should be shortly after the poem was written. Cai Xiang was about 40 years old. Because it is a personal poem, and has no intention of seeking work, the strokes are elegant and smooth, and the stipplings are graceful and exquisite, which fully demonstrates Cai Xiang’s middle-aged, healthy and mellow style and skilled skills. In modern times, Zhu Wenjun praised: “This book is slightly well-prepared, and all of them are beautiful. Its tactful place is very similar to Yu Yongxing, while its gentle and unabated Liu Jianjian. Gai Qi can collect and collect books from the book and become his own school of calligraphy.”
