It can be seen that this post was written in the early years of Yuanyou in the Northern Song Dynasty (1086). The “year before last” in “the year before last moved to Qingying” refers to the seventh year of Yuanfeng in the Northern Song Dynasty (1084). At that time, Han and Fan also lived in Xuchang. Yingchang Lake, the West Lake in the text, was located in the northwest of Xuchang. Therefore, the three people could meet at the West Lake for a feast and compose poems

Volume VI of Wu’s Calligraphy and Painting Records mistook this volume as Huang Tingjian’s book, which was corrected by Cao Rongba. Later, the first and second volumes of the Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy in Shigu Hall, the continuation of the Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy in Moyuan Hall, the continuation of the Collection of Treasures in Shiqu, Chunhua Pavilion, the Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy in Zhuangtao Pavilion, and the Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy in Sanyu Hall were all changed into Wang Shen’s calligraphy.
