This post is one of the pages of the Book of Songxian’s Legacy. According to Zhu Xi’s Chronicle, Song Shaoxi knew Tanzhou in May in the fifth year of the reign of Song Shaoxi. According to Ning Zongben Ji, “At the noon of July Geng, the Secretary-General was called to write a book to know the accomplishments of Zhu Xi in Tanzhou.” In the article, “It is too hard for the county to work in March”, that is, from May to August, he was in office for exactly three months. “Sui Gui didn’t get” refers to Zhu Xi’s “application for begging to return to the field” in June. Most of the things mentioned in the article are about the fifth year of Shaoxi, so it is estimated that this post is the work of Shaoxi in the fifth year. Zhu Xi was 65 years old
The calligraphic style of “Da Gui Yi Zhong Tie” is free and unrestrained, mellow and natural, and its mood is smooth, like clouds of smoke, which is intended to be written, and has its own interest. As Zhan Jingfeng said, “Don’t use the title of the book, but cover it with learning.”.
