The injection has straight mouth, wide neck, full shoulder, oblique abdominal wall and flat bottom. An octagonal flow is placed on the shoulder, and a three-bar crank is installed at the symmetrical position. A pair of three-bar system is arranged between the neck and shoulder which are in a cross shape with the flow and handle. The whole body is covered with blue glaze, and the glaze color is slightly grayish yellow in green. The shoulder and abdomen are embossed with the palm date pattern, which is covered with large brown glaze, forming three oval patches, highlighting the decorative effect of the pattern
The decal pattern of this note reflects the characteristics of Changsha kiln decal art, which is simple, natural and vivid. With special shapes and patterns, the implements were produced by Changsha Kiln in the Tang Dynasty and exported to Western Asia
There are many kinds of glaze colors in Changsha kiln. Only monochrome glaze includes blue glaze, yellow glaze, brown glaze, black glaze, white glaze, green glaze, blue glaze, etc. Mould-printed decal decoration is one of the characteristics of Changsha kiln porcelain. It appeared in the middle and late Tang Dynasty, and was attached to the department or belly of the utensils for local decoration. The method is to first print the decoration with a mold, paste the decoration on the green body when it is not dry, apply glaze and color, and then enter the kiln to be fired at high temperature. The plastic patterns include fish, birds, flowers, grapes, dates, lions, pagodas, figures, etc.
