This figurine was unearthed from Dai Lingyan’s tomb. According to the epitaph, Dai Lingyan responded with words. When he was young, he was generous in admiring the ancient times, and could not put down his hands. He read the books, especially the different books. He tasted the old and the old and the old and the old. He first worshipped the Zuotai Imperial Historian, and then served as a land and water transport envoy. He was awarded to the event remotely. In the second year of the Kaiyuan era, he finally won the private place in the Luoyang Imperial Court. He was 56 years old. The tomb of Dai Lingyan was found in Luoyang at the beginning of the 20th century. At present, it is known that there are 1 civilian figurine, 1 king figurine, 1 male figurine, and 2 camels, all of which are painted in plain pottery, and all of them are relatively tall. It was originally collected in the School of Chinese Studies of Peking University, and was used as a specimen for studying the pottery figurines of the Tang Dynasty at that time. In 1933, Zheng Dekun and Shen Weijun published the book “Chinese Ming” by Harvard Yanjing Society, which was recorded. Then it will be transferred to the Palace Museum.
