[Phoenix print mirror]
Phoenix print mirror, in the late Warring States period, with a face diameter of 13.8 cm and a weight of 179.3 g
The bronze mirror is round, the outer edge is plain and low rolled, the string button, and the square button seat. The four phoenixes looking back each occupy a corner of the button seat, and their tail feathers are high and stretched in a smooth “S” shape. Between the four phoenixes, along the inner edge of the mirror, a flower-shaped pattern protrudes, and a short-tailed bird stands on it. The ground pattern of the bronze mirror is a continuous mountain pattern full of broken points, with cloud patterns between them
The pattern of this bronze mirror is clear, symmetrical and regular, with smooth lines, which is very similar to the bronze mirror collected at the Yangzishan site in Sichuan Province.
