[Three Jade Congs of Emperor Qianlong’s Title]

Height: 6.8 cm, shooting diameter: 8.3 cm, aperture: 6.3 cm
Jade cong is covered with white chicken bones, and the color of the original jade can no longer be seen. The surface of the disc is slightly yellowish brown after playing. The jade cong is divided into three sections. Each section is carved with human face patterns, and the human eye is carved with double circles, with short straight lines or triangular corners on both sides. The crown cap and mouth are embossed, the crown cap is embossed with parallel straight lines, and the mouth is carved with rectangular spiral patterns
This jade was originally collected in the Qing Dynasty, and the inner wall of the Cong was inscribed with an imperial poem “Chanting the Jade Rim Head of the Han Dynasty” written in the forty-third year of Qianlong’s reign (1778): “The precious jade shines in the white light of the Zhangtai. The Rim Head said that the Han Dynasty was ancient in the Han Dynasty, and it was unearthed in the vicissitudes of life. It is all hidden and external hair color, and it preserves the essence of the light and the essence of the Mu. It is said that the emotion is gone and the spirit is alone, and the former theory of painting is not good for comment.”
Qianlong believed that this jade is an ornament on the pole of the noble chariot of the Han Dynasty, Name rim head. It shows that the Cong was unknown at that time. Emperor Qianlong not only ordered people to carve poems and articles on the inner hole, but also made copper enamel gall bladder and put it in the inner hole of jade cong, which was converted into aromatherapy, and the enamel gall bladder was decorated with the same imperial poem
