On September 18, 1911, about 445 officers and soldiers of the flagship of the cruising fleet of the Qing Dynasty [Haiqi] led by the cruising fleet, Cheng Biguang, arrived in New York for a visit. This group of photos is the actual photos taken at that time. The photographer is unknown
