Morrison’s full name George· Ernest· George Ernest Morrison (February 4, 1862 – May 30, 1920), an Australian born Scot, graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1887 as a medical student, served as the chief reporter of the Times in China (1897-1912) and the political adviser of the President of the Republic of China (1912-1920). He was a traveler and politician with close relationship with modern China
