Morrison’s full name George· Ernest· George Ernest Morrison (February 4, 1862 – May 30, 1920) was the chief reporter of The Times in China (1897-1912)

Morrison made an investigation in northwest China in 1910 and took a large number of old Chinese photos. This group of photos was taken by the author in Lanzhou and the counties under his jurisdiction in February 1910

雷坛河上的握桥，民国时发邮政为古中国桥梁代表作之一，可惜建国后拆了。
