Thomas· Thomas Chowder Chamberlin (1843— 1928), a famous American geologist, was born in Bilot, a small town in the east of Wisconsin. He graduated from the Department of Geology of Bilot College in 1966 and stayed in the school for several years. Later, he became president of the University of Wisconsin. In 1893, Thomas· Zhang Bolin was invited to set up the Department of Geology of the University of Chicago and served as its chairman
