剃头匠  蛋白照片

图中官员为戴宗骞(1842——1895年)，字孝侯，安徽寿州(今淮南寿县)人，初后为生员，复补廪生。以乡试不中，弃文从戎。一八六七年，上《平捻十策》，得李鸿章器重，委办全军营务处，积勋至知县。，晋迁知府。1882年负责建造威海卫军港，1895年1月，日军进攻威海卫，“光杆司令”戴宗骞率少部奋力抵抗，失败后吞金自杀。著有《海上屯田志》，后人辑有《戴孝候诗集》。
