    The turtle button is flat and short, and the print is thick. The printed surface is “Sanchuan Captain’s Print” in four words in white, without borders. “Sanchuan” is located in the north of Henan Province. It is named after the three rivers of He, Luo and Yi. In the Qin Dynasty, it was established as “Sanchuan Prefecture”, governing Xingyang, and in the Han Dynasty, it is located in the southwest of Xingyang County, Henan Province. The “captain” is a local military officer who is in charge of the military affairs. He should be the same as the police who is in charge of arresting thieves.
