  Low mouth, curved deep wall, short circle foot. The body of the bowl is thin, and the cone of the bowl body is carved with purple red glaze and eight square patterns. The motif is decorated with chrysanthemums. Mosaic brocade is decorated at the mouth edge and foot circle. White glaze is applied inside the bowl. Five color chrysanthemums are painted on the inner bottom, and “made in Qianlong” blue materials are used on the outer bottom. Chrysanthemum symbolizes autumn. It forms the “icing on the cake” pattern popular in the Qianlong Dynasty with brocade. The strokes are exquisite and the colors are bright, showing the exquisite style of Qianlong official kilns. According to the records in the Work Records, it can be traced back to the enamel colored porcelain icing on the cake that appeared no later than the fifth year of Qianlong’s reign (1740), while the foreign colored icing on the cake was also fired in the sixth year of Qianlong’s reign (1741). In particular, the Emperor Qianlong had successively issued orders to designate burning, which further reflected the process of being loved by the emperor and becoming an official style. A couple passed down from generation to generation, 15 years after Daoguang (1
