At the beginning of the 20th century, this painting was once widely known as the Xiangfei statue. In his life, Emperor Gaozong had two empresses, fifteen concubines and nobles, including Manchus, Mongolians, Han people and Hui people. Xiangfei (1734-1788) is a Hui nationality, her father’s name is He Za&# 36075; Taiji. At the beginning of her dedication to the palace, she was only a “noble person”. Later, she was promoted to “Rongbin” and finally to “Rongfei”.
