This work is a headpiece, which is fixed in the front of the headpiece. Because it has the function of positioning, distinguishing front from back, and aiming at the nose, it is called headpiece. The caps in Qing Dynasty were mostly closely related to melon skin hats. The materials of caps depended on social status and economic conditions. This piece of metal hammer is carved into cursive “Shou” character, which is decorated with pearls. The edge of “Shou” character is decorated with green, and the metal is gold-plated, showing its magnificence and extraordinary value.
